The staff was very friendly and serviced us well completely satisfying. There was a magnificent view over the river and the city from the hotellroom.
The Chineese restaurant on the 36'th floor was a flop, Bad service , bad food and overpriced. In the 3 days of our stay they only cleaned the room once. Not ok for 5 stars

The spacious rooms. The complimentary river boat.
We paid for an airport transfer but the reception staff failed to book it so we had to wait. We wanted to have a late check out, but instead of the hotel offering for us to check out late we were made to pay a half day charge. Most hotels will happily let you have a late check out if they were not fully booked. The service at breakfast was very slow - the coffee was terrible and we were seated at a dirty table.

central spot for parks and river views makes exploring easy
Plus, the hotel's free shuttle boat made it super easy to access nearby attractions like the Chao Phraya River and Wat Chanyawat, which are just a short walk or ride away, so I really made the most of my weekend here.

High quality of staff motivation and standards throughout. Relaxing, pleasant. Absolutely fabulously comfortable beds. Useful to have kitchenette for emergencies. Bathroom and shower very spacious, as was the room. Complimentary river shuttle to bridge/station a very pleasant way to start/finish the day. Food very very good and catering staff very attentive. Wonderful river views from breakfast room restaurant on ground floor. This is a top of the range hotel that lives up to the mark.Very pleased with this choice - Thailand was a surprise holiday for my wife who did not know the destination until the last minute - neither of us had been before - and this started our holiday off in the best possible fashion.
Nothing is perfect so I have given this no little thought but I cannot think of anything I would have changed. It is 10 mins by skytrain plus the 5 minute courtesy ferry off the centre which some might not like but we chose it for that reason - a slightly removed oasis of calm in a very busy city with sometimes gridlocked traffic.

Highly recommend for couples looking for a great experience
The suite was gorgeous, with a large balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was excellent, and we loved being outside enjoying the view while eating.
It wasn't cheap, but the experience was worth every penny.

Rooms are spacious and part of them offer a great view on the Chao Phraya river as well as the exciting city - gorgeous. A shuttle boat to reach the next metro station is complementary. Breakfast offers wide choice of both asian and european food. Also pool area is worth mentioning.

Huge rooms, comfortable beds, huge riverside pool, excellent staff and stunning river views are the main features of this hotel. Breakfast buffet also okay. A bit outside the center but this also has its advantages.
